Follicular Phase is the two weeks from when you start your menstrual cycle. Flax seeds provide omega-3s and lignans to balance estrogen, while zinc in pumpkin seeds promotes progesterone production.

Luteal Phase is the two weeks before your menstrual cycle. Sesame seeds contain lignans that regulate estrogen, and sunflower seeds offer vitamin E to boost progesterone.
